Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt providing there are no issues with the information provided.

Not happy with your purchase or you change your mind.
We hope you are happy with your purchase however if for any reason there is a problem with your package, contact us at info@letzimple.com and we will be more than happy to rectify the problem.
If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to refund within 14 days of you receiving the items if you ordered online.
Items must be returned with the original receipt, and in the condition, they were purchased, including all packaging. The refund will be issued on the method of payment you used.
Please be aware that shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
